Shay\'s Flat Estate - Australske Vinhuse

The Shays Flat Estate Vineyard was established in 1999 by Robert and Isabella Burns as a family vineyard including their son Martin. It comprises 18.5 ha with 60% planted to Shiraz, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot and 5% Sangiovese.

Our aim is to produce elegant wines totally expressive of the terroir. The site embraces the attributes of the Pyrenees shirazes - great fruit flavour combined with the subtlety and finish of the best Great Western shirazes.
